3-Phased Course Structure

E-learning and theory exam

Learn the principles of freediving with PADI Freediver eLearning (or your instructor may conduct classroom sessions if the elearning material isn’t available in a language you understand).

One pool training session

Venue: Hamdan Sports Complex (Choose either Tuesday or Friday. 6:30 pm to 8 pm).

Learn breath hold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea.

Your Goals:

• Static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters/80 feet.

One Open water session

Venue: Dibba, Fujairah

Practice free immersion and constant weight freediving, plus proper buddy procedures.

Your Goals:

• constant weight freedive of 10 meters/30 feet.

We video shoot the underwater session so you can easily see what you did right and what you need to pay more attention to.

But it’s not all work. Our students love it when, apart from recording their dive, we shoot videos of life under the sea and other great pictures.

Bottomline? They have a blast …and I’m sure you will too!

And for those who want a little bit more…

We have snorkeling and kayaking, as well. There’s no extra charge. So make the most of it 🙂

Freediving is more than simply enhancing one’s physical techniques and diving skills.

It involves cultivating the mind and body, fostering self-control and discipline, and boosting overall fitness.

That’s why in addition to improving diving skills – we focus on building mental skills and mastering relaxation techniques.

Visualization exercises

Improves focus, boosts confidence, and reduces anxiety so you can feel at ease before diving.

Stretching and warm-up exercises

Stretching exercises are an important part of freediving training.

• Prevent Muscle Injury

• Promote better Circulation

• Prevent cramps and muscle soreness and fatigue


No prior freediving experience required. You need to be 15 years or older and have:

• Good physical health.

• The ability to swim well.
